DEFINITIONS
“exempted food business” means a community or charitable organisation selling either low risk, shelf stable food or food which is thoroughly cooked onsite for immediate consumption
"commercial participant" means any person who is involved in operating a stall or in conducting any trading activity for personal gain or profit
“not for profit organisation” means (a) an association incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1987; and (b) any other organisation that does not trade or secure pecuniary profit for its members from the transactions of the organisation.
